CAMDEN – Funeral service for Evelyn Trimnal Marsh, 89, will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Hermitage Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Jason Fletcher and the Rev. Mark Hopkins will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Hermitage Baptist Church Arise and Build, 814 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Camden, S.C. 29020. Mrs. Marsh died Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Born in Lee County, she was the daughter of the late Gary and Jessie Mae Ammons Trimnal. She was a member of Hermitage Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Surviving are her daughters, Teresa Elaine Marsh and Judy Marsh Sedlar (Martin) of Camden; 3 grandchildren, Paige Beatty (Michael), Kanda Ryon (Jeff), and Brent M. Sedlar (Tammy); and 3 great-grandchildren, Kaila Ryon, Marshall Beatty, and Cassidy Beatty; and 1 great great-granddaughter, Zoe Ryon. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Marsh; son, Donald Edward Marsh; sister, Annie Lee Munn; and brother, Guy Trimnal. The family expresses great appreciation to the staff of the Karesh Wing of KershawHealth for their loving care given to their mother.
