LUGOFF – A celebration of life service for Myrtle Alexander Riles, 88, will be held Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Riles, wife of the late Perry M. Riles, died Friday, August 3, 2012. Born in Louisiana, she was a daughter of the late Hazel and Althea Alexander. She attended Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with family. Surviving are nieces Zandra Warnick, Clydie Williams, Bobbie Ferguson, Marilyn Blosser, Susan Branham, Dee Dee Williams, and Jeannie Bethel; nephews, Timothy Alexander, Tony Alexander, Perry Alexander and, Richard Riles and Bob Williams; and sister-in-law, Carol Meckstroth. She was predeceased by sister Obera Williams; and brothers, Arthur Alexander, Floyd Alexander, and Bert Alexander.
