ELGIN – A memorial service for Infant Evan Michael Raper will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The Rev. Dr. Robert Winburn will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Evan was the son of Derek Michael and Rachel Bane Raper. Surviving in addition to his parents are his sister, Whitney Grace Raper; paternal grandparents, Michael and Karen Raper; maternal grandparents, Becky Bane and Derrick Bane; paternal great-grandparents, Vance Little and Catherine Senter; maternal great-grandparents, Elwood and Gale Stone and Shirley Bane; and aunts and uncles, Tiffany Bane, and Shea and Amanda Raper.
