We are praying for peace and comfort for all our cousins and their families.. How wonderful it is to know that as Christians we have a God to depend on for strength during times like this. And even with his help it is difficult. I still struggle with understanding his plan sometimes but I try not to question. I finally broke the news to Mom. She was a saddened and shaken but as she began to busy herself with all the memories from childhood, teen years, the war years, and vacations she calmed down. Her long-term memory continues to amaze me. She wanted me to extend sympathy and to let you know how much she loves you. She simply does not do well on the phone due to her hearing problem.
