KERSHAW – Funeral service for Roger Dale Freeman, 52, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Beaverdam Baptist Church with burial to follow in Boonetown Cemetery. The Rev. Donnie Barrett and the Rev. Kenneth “Cotton” Pate will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church and other times at 2625 Old Georgetown Road West, Kershaw, S.C. 29067. Mr. Freeman, husband of the late Peggy Louise Knight Freeman, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Born in Camden, he was a son of the late Lewis and Margaret Sheorn Freeman. He was a member of Ridin The Front Line Biker Church. Surviving are his brothers, J.D. Freeman, and Edward Freeman; sisters, Sarah Bass; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Bubba Freeman.
