LIBERTY HILL - Funeral service for Harry Douglas Ballew, 53, will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden. The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Ballew died Wednesday, October 03, 2007. Born in Portsmouth, Va., he was the son of Robert Douglas Ballew and Billie Lou Sutton Vermillion. Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise Bryant Ballew; daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Tim Dickey; sons and daughters-in-law, Dale and Kristina Thompkins, and Robbie and Megan Ballew; and 6 grandchildren.
