Dear Mrs. June, Kelly, Roger and Robert, It's been a long time since we were in touch but I have never forgotten you folks. I was so fond of you all. I have not lived in SC for years but learned of Rodney's death on the internet. I am so sorry. I remember how much fun we had as kids hanging out together. We never made it to Myrtle Beach because of my car wreck but I wish we had. It's sad that Rodney's son is now fatherless. I hope he will be able to find comfort with his uncles, aunt and grandmother. God bless to you all. To good memories, Travis

Don't know if you folk remember me or not, but we pastored the Springhill Wesleyan Church when the Waller triplets attended there. Like several have said on their thoughts, the first thing I told my son when I heard of this was about him always smiling. It's so sad when life is taken away at such an early age -- my husband, Dr. Larry Dean Hoyle, the pastor, was killed by a drunk driver when he was just 46, so I can empathize with you on your loss. May God give you His comfort, love and peace as you go through this hurting time.

One of many memories I will never forget. I remember the great times we shared having fun on lake murray. I remember the great times we had at USC. I remember that Rodney was there when I met my wife. He was there when we married, even though he had to drive 600 miles one way just to attend the wedding. That was the kind of friend he was. I remember that Rodney was always smiling and having fun. He enjoyed life and made other people around him enjoy life more. He was truly that candle on a hill that lights the way for others to see. A light that always brightend up the place. He made other people better. I am a better person because of the time I was able to share with him. I love you my friend and I will miss you! I look forward to seeing you again in heaven so I can thank you for those great memories. May God bless, comfort and grant peace to your family as they deal with your passing.

My heart breaks to hear this news. Rodney was my best friend in high school and college. He was a great man and a great friend. This world is a better place because he lived. And live he did. Rodney always had a zest for enjoying life. My mind races with wonderful memories of the fun we shared together. Memories that will never fade. Rodney was indeed an advid hunter, and it was hunting with him, that I killed my first deer.

We are truly sorry to hear of your loss. Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. When you guys walked in to play pool it was as though the room lite up with kindness and smiles. God received a very special person to brings joy and smiles to those in heaven. It is so hard to loss a family member, harder when it is a triplet. My mom was a twin and lost her sister. I lost my second momma on Dec 15th. Our hearts are in special thought of each of you. God took another Christmas Angel to help in his Kingdom. When you see a twinkle in the sky, know he is smiling down on you all.

It may be of some comfort to know that we have never seen Rodney without a smile on his face, and always with open arms and a warm heart. He is one to look up to, one of the few who really 'lived' life while here on earth. It was surely a blessing to have known him. We will pray for comfort and peace for his family and friends.

Selfishly I have a hard time agreeing but with my FAITH I know this to be true.
