LUGOFF – Funeral service for Suzette Renee Chaney, 47, will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Harvest Baptist Church with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The Rev. Bill Dulaney will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday 2:00 -3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to HBC Youth Mission Trip, 281 Wildwood Lane, Lugoff, S.C. 29078. Suzette died Thursday, December 8, 2011. Born in Charlotte, N.C., she was the daughter of Dorothy Rose Owensby Mazur and the late Rodney Luther Chaney. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church. Surviving are her son, Frankie Morefield; mother and step-father, Dorothy “Dottie” and James Mazur of Lugoff; grandmother, Sara Chaney; special person, Tyson Miller; brothers, Scott Chaney and Steve Chaney; step-brother, Greg Mazur; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by grandparents, Earnest and Grace Owensby; and a grandfather, Barney Chaney.
