CAMDEN – Funeral service for Maglee “Maggie” Crews, 67, will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, Bishopville, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Jerry Gardner will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Mrs. Crews, wife of the late Buster Crews, died Monday, December 5, 2011. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late John and Jessie Wilson Douglas. She retired from DuPont and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading and working cross word puzzles. Surviving are her daughter, Peggy Bowers (Allan) of Camden; sons, Ronnie Outlaw (Lynn) of Camden, Cody Outlaw (Kristie) of Cassatt, and Johnny V. Outlaw of Camden; five grandchildren; and a step-brother, Roger Morris. She was predeceased by two sisters and a half-brother.
