CAMDEN – A memorial service for William M. “Bill” Leffring, 84, will be held Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. at Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church. The Rev. Steve Patterson will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Medical University of South Carolina. Mr. Leffring, husband of the late Clarice Hartley Leffring, died Monday, October 31, 2011. Born in Los Angeles, he was a son of the late Andrew and Anna Aney Leffring. He served in the United States Navy and the United States Air Force and was a member of the American Legion Post 17 and the VFW. He was the owner and operator of the Colony Inn in Camden. He was a member of Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church. Surviving are nieces and nephews.
