CAMDEN – Funeral service for Rolland Roger, 67, will be held Friday at 12:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The Rev. Ernest Rabon will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital. Mr. Roger died August 11, 2011. Born in North Tonawanda, N.Y., he was a son of the late Armand Roger and Gabrielle Moreau Roger. Surviving are his son, Roland D. Roger (Mandy) of Camden; daughter, Kathleen Anderson of Camden; brothers, Armand Roger, Ernie Roger, and Raymond Roger; sisters, Jackie Taylor, Janette Ruppel, Marie Briggs, and Claudette Horanburg; grandchildren, Brandi Condren, Andrea Roger, and Christopher Anderson; and great-grandson, Liam Condren. He was predeceased by sisters, Madeleine Gundlach and Annette Roger.
