CAMDEN - Funeral services for Barbara E. (Sellers) Peebles, 47, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Quaker Cemetery. The Rev. Everett Reconnu and The Rev. Jerry Lewis will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church. Barbara died Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Born in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of Johnsie Knotts Sellers and the late Laurie Ernest Peebles. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and enjoyed being a part of the Kershaw County Board of Disabilities Activity Center. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Johnsie and Michael Sellers of Camden; brothers, Eddie Peebles (Linda) of Camden, Billy Peebles (Ann) of Camden, Ernest Peebles of Camden; step-brother, Mickey Sellers of Cassatt; and step-sister Sherri Sellers of Columbia. She was predeceased by her father.
