DENISE WILLIAMS KERSHAW – Funeral service for Mary Denise Williams, 40, will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Buffalo Baptist Church, Kershaw with burial to follow in Kershaw City Cemetery. The Rev. James Way will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Williams died Friday, April 22, 2011. Born in Atlanta, Ga., she was the daughter of Daniel and Mary Childers Boone. She enjoyed camping. Surviving are her husband of 22 years, John Webster Williams; parents of Kershaw; children, John W. Williams, Jr., Joseph Allen Williams, and Joshua Lee Williams, all of Kershaw; brother, Raymond Boone (Tanisha) of Kershaw; and grandchildren, Savannah Carnes and Emily Williams.
