LUGOFF – Funeral service for Bobby Lee Lowe, III, 20, will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Lewis will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Bobby died Sunday, January 30, 2011. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Bobby Lee Lowe Jr. and Jayne Hutto Lowe. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed video games. Surviving are his father and step-mother, Bobby L. and Brenda L. Lowe of Lugoff; mother, Jayne H. Lowe of Columbia; sister, Virginia Lee Lowe of Columbia; step-sisters, Makayla and Nicole Chaffin, and Bainca Westsinger; grandmother, Minnie L. Lowe of Lugoff; aunt, Julie A. Hutto of Lugoff; uncles, Jesse P. Hutto of Columbia, Joseph L. Hutto of Columbia, and Todd Lowe (Shannon) of Lugoff; cousins, Elizabeth A. Lowe of West Columbia and Zackary Lowe of Lugoff; and his dog, “Buster Lee”. He was predeceased by grandparents, Jesse P. and Janet N. Hutto, and Bobby L. Lowe Sr.; and great-grandparents, F.J. and Evelyn Bland.
