LUGOFF – Funeral service for Michael W. Branham, 62, will be held Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. Rev. Joe Stines and Rev. Wayne Flowers will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 6-7:30 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Branham died Sunday, October 24, 2010. Born in Camden, he was the son of the late Arthur and Lelia Mae Ray Branham. He enjoyed fishing and horseback riding. Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Shirley Ray Branham; children, Timmy Ray (Angie) of Lugoff; daughter, Tammy Aldrich (Travis) of Lugoff; sister, Ida Bell Lambert (Ronnie) of Augusta, Ga.; grandchildren, Amber Ray, Heather Ray, Timmy Aldrich, and Colt Aldrich; step-grandson, Zachary Aldrich; and his loving companion, “Bud”.
