LUGOFF – Funeral service for Barney Mack Bratcher, Sr., 65, will be held Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Bratcher died Friday, October 15, 2010. Born in Joplin, Missouri, he was the son of the late Sam and Thelma Nunn Bratcher. He served in the United States Marine Corp and served in Vietnam. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Sarah Brown Bratcher; daughters, Vickie Bratcher and Dawn B. Ratliffe; sons, Barney Mack “Bubba” Bratcher, Jr. (Stacey), Brian Sam Bratcher, and Phillip Bratcher; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
