LUGOFF - Memorial services for Richard Stoyanowski, 60, will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with a burial to follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia. Rev. Richard Cameron will officiate. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Powers Funeral Home. Mr. Stoyanowski died Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Born in Rochester NY., he was the son of the late Walt and Lillian Anderson Stoyanowski. He proudly served in the United States Army having served in the Vietnam War. He retired from Pacific Gas and Electric after 30 years. He enjoyed camping, gold mining, and family gatherings. Surviving are his sons, Joshua Stoyanowski (Holly) and Jeremy Stoyanowski of Lugoff; daughter, Krista Deniz of Lugoff; brothers, Steve Stoyanowski (Karen) and Walter Stoyanowski (Kathy); grandchildren, Davis Deniz, Isaac Deniz, Matthew Weldon, Tyler Stoyanowski, Alexis Stoyanowski, and Carter Stoyanowski.
