ELGIN – A celebration of life service for Mary “Maureen” Bleakley Frame, 74, will be held Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Blaney Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Blaney Baptist Church Youth Fund, P.O. Box 305, Elgin, S.C. 29045. Mrs. Frame passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late James and Mary Bleakley. She was a member of Blaney Baptist Church where she enjoyed working with the Youth. She was a caring and compassionate friend who always looked for ways to serve others. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Thomas Hamilton Frame; daughter, Margo Cunningham (John); son, Andrew Frame; grandchildren, Rachel Cunningham, Robert Frame; siblings, Elma Crute, Alex McQueen (Joan), Jim McQueen, and Frances McKenzie (Roddie); and her special friend, Mary Brown. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lesley Frame; and siblings, George McQueen, Jackie McQueen, Christine Sanderson, Jean Lowe, Margaret Lindsay, and Peggy McDonald.
