LUGOFF – A Celebration of Life Service for Barbara Helen Stone Walker, 67, will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Dr. Eugene Rollings will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter, 460 Fair St., Camden, SC 29020 or at Sister Care, 110 East DeKalb St., Camden, SC 29020. Ms. Walker passed away Monday, June 3, 2013. Born in Dublin, GA, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Harvey and Betty Mincey Stone. She was a member of Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church, and during her professional career served on several boards. Surviving are her children; Robert Crowell Jr. (Melanie), Elizabeth “Prissy” Mclaine (Jason), Anna Truesdale (Ken); step children, John Walker (Kelly), Trey Walker (Debbie), Chris Walker; grandchildren, Breanna Crowell, Holland Crowell, Grace Mclaine, Rebecca Mclaine, Tanner Mclaine, Kalsy Manning, Matthew Truesdale Jr., Marissa York; step grandchildren, Keely Walker, Devin Walker, Haley Walker, Jessie Walker, John Walker Jr., Natalie Walker; great-grandchild, Makenzie York; siblings, Stephanie Hart (Phillip) and Joseph Stone (Maria).
