ELGIN - Funeral service for Justin Cory Tyndall, 15, will be held Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Harmony Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to Youth Missions at Harmony Baptist Church. Justin died Saturday, April 21, 2007. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Linwood Eugene Tyndall and Veda Carrol Tyndall. He was a ninth grade student at Lugoff-Elgin High School where he was in R.O.T.C and played on the J.V. Football Team. He enjoyed going on mission trips and hanging out with his friends and riding four wheelers. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church where he was a member of the youth group that he dearly loved. Surviving are his father of Elgin; mother of Charleston; sister, Tiffany Shafer; brothers, Linwood Eugene Bryan, Stevie Bryan, and Keith Bryan; paternal grandparents, Linwood and Bessie Tyndall; aunts, Carol J. Bowles, Angela T. Cosentino, and Suzanne Johnson; uncle, Dennis Tyndall; and many cousins. He was predeceased by an uncle, Michael Tyndall.
