CAMDEN - Funeral service for Sallie Mae Clark, 80, will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Lakeshore Drive Church of God with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Chad Smith and Rev. Neal Nolan will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Lakeshore Drive Church of God. Mrs. Clark, wife of the late Daniel B. Clark, Sr., died Saturday, September 12, 2009. Born in Clio, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Lee and Alice Clark Holmes. She enjoyed playing Bingo. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Julie and Gene Mellon of Camden, Rachel and Louis Wilson of Camden, and Susan and Thomas James of Cassatt; sons, Bobby Clark of Camden, and Billy Clark of Camden; sisters, Fannie Hamilton, Lula Clark, and Eva White; 10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, Daniel B. Clark, Jr.; grandson, Christopher Cameron; sister, Addie Mae Hargrove; and brother, James David Holmes.
