I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Ragan's passing. Mr. Ragan frequently visited us at the Health Resource Center. He was always so friendly; he seemed to always greet others with a quick smile and kind words. He will certainly be missed. I speak for the entire HRC staff when I say that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. It was a blessing and a true privilege to have known Mr. Bill Ragan.
