LUGOFF - Funeral service for Geri Wenona “Scooby” Bradford, 35, will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Smyrna United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Daniel Flessas, Rev. Burch Kelly, and Don Britton will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Mrs. Bradford died Saturday, May 30, 2009. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Jerry Conrad Perry and Jesse Irene Aragon Howard. She was a graduate of Lugoff-Elgin High School class of 1991. She enjoyed the beach and watching her daughters play ball. Surviving are her husband, William Dean Bradford; daughters, Courtney Lynn Bradford and Chelsea Ann Bradford, both of the home; brothers, Tillman Branham, Jr. of Elgin, Thomas Michael Perry of Salisbury, N.C., and Bradley Scott Perry of Lugoff; sister, Regina B. Gordon of Gaston; maternal grandmother, Erma Aragon of Winnsboro; and father and mother-in-law, James William and Johnnie Mae Bradford of Lugoff. She was predeceased by a brother, Joel Dean Perry.
