LEXINGTON - A memorial service for Phyllis Leona Crim, 58, will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Community Church, 2228 Airport Blvd, West Columbia, SC 29072. Memorials may be made to Calvary Community Church. Mrs. Crim died Thursday, March 15, 2007. Born in Edmond, she was a daughter of the late Herbert Leslie and Margaret Geneva Williams Nye. She enjoyed crocheting and gardening. Surviving are her husband of 10 years, George C. Crim; sons, Kevin Kimbler of Gaston, and J.R. Kimbler of St. Matthews; sisters, Margaret Justice of Camden, Dana Alderman of Elgin, Marie Schwarzer of Columbia, Melissa “Toni” Dantzler of Gaston, Bonnie Osment of Gaston, Yvonne Schuster of Dataw Island, SC; brothers, Leslie Nye of Eastover and Paul Nye of Atlanta, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Glen Kimbler.
