CAMDEN-Funeral service for Gloria Jean Ham, 67, will be held Saturday at 12:00 p.m. at DeKalb Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Keith Coates will officiate. The family will receive friends following the burial service in the church fellowship hall. Memorials may be made to DeKalb Baptist Church. Mrs. Ham, wife of the late Cecil C. Ham, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Born in Manning, she was a daughter of the late Simpson and Margaret Ridgeway Corbett. She was a child care provider to many in Camden and was a member of DeKalb Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughter, Sherry Ham-Bernard and her husband, Paul of Woodland Hills, Calif.; sons, Cecil “Buddy” Ham, Jr. of Camden, and Terry Ham and his wife, Danielle of Woodland Hills, Calif.; brothers, S.W. Corbett and Clyde Corbett; sister, Reba Sherman; and grandchildren, Celia and Cassandra Bernard, Jedadiah Ham, and Jackson and Jesse Ham. She was predeceased by 5 brothers.
