LUGOFF - Funeral service for Catherine P. Craft, 50, will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church with burial to follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Douglas Whitfield will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church AWANA Program. Mrs. Craft died Thursday, March 5, 2009. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of Sarah Pitts Peake and the late John Lee Peake. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed cross stitching and sewing. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband of 32 years, James “Eddie” Craft; son, Jamie Craft of Lugoff; daughters and sons-in-law, Mandy and Mike Langford of Lugoff, and Misty and Jason McIntyre of Lugoff; sister and brother-in-law, Miriam and Trent MacDonald of Hartsville; brother, Scott Peake of Lugoff; and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by mother, Billie Jean Branham Peake.
