CAMDEN - Funeral service for Leslye Reynolds Boykin, 87, will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at High Hill True Light Church, Lucknow with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Lynwood Young will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Mrs. Boykin died Tuesday, January 20, 2009. Born in Lee County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Dalton Reynolds and Moyse Watkins Reynolds. She retired from Kershaw County Medical Center. Mrs. Boykin enjoyed gardening and loved antiques. She is survived by her sons, Harry B. (Anne F.) Boykin, Jr. of Ashwood, and Hal J. (Betty G.) Boykin of Florence; daughters, Trudy B. (Bill) Hall of Lugoff, and Joan B. Deal of Lugoff; brothers, Tyrie Reynolds, and Ray Reynolds; sisters, Audrey Price, Edith Rush, Selma Chardukian, Faye Puryear, and Ina Hoover; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, John Robert Reynolds, Dalton Reynolds, Levert Reynolds, Dekle Reynolds, and Hugh Reynolds; and sister, Stella Williams.
