CAMDEN - Funeral Mass for John Edward Costello, 87, will be held Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Final Commendation and Farewell Prayers will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. A Christian Vigil Wake will be held Monday at 6:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with visitation following until 8:00 p.m.. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society. Mr. Costello died Sunday, February 18, 2007. Born in Staten Island, N.Y., he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Whyte Costello. Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Johanna DiLeo Costello; daughters, June Holloway, and Joanne Bishop and her husband, Bob; son, Bruce Costello and his wife, Paula; grandchildren, Tracy Johnson, Megan Woodruff, Drew Gibson, Erica Smith, Cris Costello, and Shea Costello; and 4 great-grandchildren.
