CAMDEN - Funeral service for Myrtle Lee Odom, 70, will be held Thursday at 2;00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow Quaker Cemetery. The Rev. Freddie Wilson will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 647 Lachicotte Road, Lugoff, S.C. 29078. Mrs. Odom, wife of the late James Lee Odom, died Monday, December 15, 2008. Born in Bennettsville, she was a daughter of the late Sidney and Annie Ruth Hayes Jones. Surviving are her daughter, Pamela (Eddie) Price of McBee; sons, Ricky Odom of Camden, Tommy Odom of Camden, Gary Odom of Wintersprings, Fla., Don Holland of Wintersprings, Fla., and Greg Odom of Camden; sisters, Betty Warr of Darlington, and Margaret Clark of Bennettsville; brother, James Jones of Bennettsville; 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Doug Jones, and Billy Jones; and sister, Aline Grant.
