LUGOFF - Funeral service for Mary Jane Cooper, 50, will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Hardshell Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Cooper died Sunday, November 30, 2008. Born in Savannah, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Elmore and Ruby Brunt McLeod. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed camping. Surviving are her husband of 32 years, Jimmy Cooper; daughter and son-in-law, Courtney Selina and Arnold Kaye of Lugoff; son, Patrick McLeod Cooper of Lugoff; sisters, June Cheeks, Sarah Branham, Sandy Dickerson, and Martha Sharpe; and brothers, Patrick McLeod, Chuck McLeod, Johnny McLeod, and Mike McLeod. She was predeceased by a sister, Gloria Ramsey; and brother, Elmore McLeod, Jr.
