COLUMBIA - Funeral service for Rosa Anna Hartner Morgan, 81, will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Rd. Columbia ,SC. The Rev. Greg Sweet will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Gideon's International, P.O. Box 664 Lugoff, S.C. 29078. Mrs. Morgan, wife of the late Thomas O. Morgan, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Born in St. Peter, Frienstein, Austria, she was a daughter of the late Hubert and Anna Bertl Hartner. She was an avid needle worker and gardener and was a member of the German Club. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Anna and Don Beasley of Winnsboro; sons and daughters-in-law, H.T. and Myra Morgan of Elgin, and Don and Cindy Morgan of Westville; sisters and brother-in-law, Luise Weiss of Austria, and Linda and Walter Sulzner of Austria; 13 grandchildren: Christopher Delage (wife Stacie), Mark Delage, Trey Delage, H. Thomas Morgan, Jr. (wife Angie), Jami Morgan Paquette (husband Christian), Brian Morgan, Jessica Morgan DeJulio (husband Edward), Justin Morgan, Tina Beasley Baggott (husband Barry), Daniel Beasley (wife Cynthia), Daniel Morgan, Nathan Morgan, and Kylie Morgan; and 10 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to acknowledge with love and great appreciation all her caregivers, Debra, Maxine, Dorothy Meyers, Kimberly Rodriguez and Hospice of Tri County.
