LUGOFF – A funeral service for Virginia Mae Skinner, 98, will be held on Friday at 12:00 p.m. at Camden First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be private in West View Memorial Park, Hartsville (Kellytown). Mrs. Skinner passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. Born on November 21, 1919 in Houston, TX, she was the daughter of the late Alvious Marion Reid and Verna Beatrice Ellis Reid. Surviving are her children, James “Jim” Dority (Pat), Lilly Marie Rogers, Sonja E. Smith (Carl) and Robin Elizabeth Watson (Jerry); 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Asa Arthur Skinner; first husband, Willie Bizand Dority; son-in-law, Jim Rogers; and 9 siblings.
