LUGOFF – Funeral service for Adam Paul Dubose Legrand, 23, will be held on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Spears Creek Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Greg Sweet will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday 5-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Adam died on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. Born in Charleston, he was the son of Wayne Earl and Pauline Peake Legrand. He was a bare back rider and bull rider and a member of the Southern Rodeo Association and High School Rodeo Association. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Adam was a member of Spears Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are his parents, Wayne and Pauline Legrand; fiancé, Miranda Hopkins; siblings, Troy Coleman, Stacey Bacon (Lindsay), Tracey Bleckler, Pam Vernon, Michelle Hixon (Trevor) and Valerie Howell; 17 nieces and nephews; and numerous, aunts, uncles and cousins.
