CAMDEN- Funeral services for Harold Minor, Jr., 71, will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Camden First UMC, with burial to follow in Cedar Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mental Health of America Kershaw County. Mr. Minor passed away December 7, 2017 at NHC, Sumter. Born in New York City, he was a son of the late Harold and Susie Minor, Sr. Mr. Minor was a member of Camden First UMC. He was also an active volunteer at Kershaw County Medical Center. Surviving are his brothers, Anthony Minor, Lester Minor; uncle, Clifton Harryton Anderson of Camden; aunts, Vivian Davis, Ethel Mae Tillman-Anderson of Camden; special cousins, Patricia Jennings, Greeba Thomas, Claudette Outen, Cynthia Davis; dear family friend, Ollie Thompson-Brisbane; and a host of other relatives. He was predeceased by a close brother, Duke Minor.
