LUGOFF – Funeral services to celebrate the life of Wyatt Dakota Duval, 21, will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Quaker Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Charles Everett and the Rev. John Corder will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Wyatt died Saturday, September 2, 2017. Born in Columbia, he was a son of Frank Duval, Jr. and Kim Truesdale Duval. Wyatt was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He enjoyed studying Vikings and Norse Mythology, playing video games, billiards, and bowling. Surviving are his parents of Lugoff; sister, Savannah Truesdale of Greenville; brother, Spencer Duval of Lugoff; maternal grandmother, Geneva Truesdale; paternal grandmother, Margie Duval; aunts, Terri Randall (Michael), Gina Hudson (Craig); uncles, Jack Truesdale, Jr. (Cathy), Ken Truesdale (Anna), Larry Hall (Melynda); and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandfather, Francis Duval, Sr. and maternal grandfather, Jack S. Truesdale, Sr.
