CAMDEN - Funeral Services for Toni Payne, 59, will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father John officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any pet rescue or shelter of your choice. Toni passed away in the morning hours of August 6th, 2017. Born in Camden, S.C. on April 4th, 1958, she was the youngest daughter of David W. & Mary Evelyn Gooch Gay. Although she left us much too soon, her time here on earth was well spent. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, who will be missed dearly by all who were lucky enough to have known her generosity and love. Surviving are her husband, Roger D. Payne; son, Daniel Payne; daughter, Sarah (Jason) Baker & step-son, Chris (Christine) Hasty; grandchild, Raelyn Baker; step-grandchildren, Brayden Hasty, Brody Hasty, and Taylor Howle; brother, David (Kathy) Gay; sister, Patricia (Larry) Blackmon; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her infant son, Thomas Evan Payne.
