To the Bennett Family ( Ted McCray);
I cannot express the sadness that I feel right now after learning of the passing of Mrs. Azalee Bennett; your wife, mother, grandmother, and much more to all related.
I was given encouragement during my journey with cancer by hearing (through her son Ted) of the strength and perseverance that his mother projected during her battle many years ago. Ted reflected on his mother as a woman who never stopped, nor gave up. His memories of her maintaining the household and "cooking" to provide meals each day even if it meant having to sit at the stove and cook. Through what he shared ,it showed me that all things are yet possible in sickness. And that "this too shall pass". I learned how much a son loved his mother for the mere sacrifices.
I am very sorry for your earthly loss. However, you will never lose Mrs. Azalee. I pray you are encouraged and given peace through your memories and all that was given to you from her heart. I don't think we are ever ready for transitions that are so unfamiliar to us. Therefore let us be true in our support to each other. Love is so powerful. And it will heal this pain. The Bible says : "to be absent from the body is to be present with God". I pray your peace will overflow in knowing that all is well with Mrs. Azalee.
My sincere love to all of you.~Jenn Witherspoon
