LUGOFF – A time of gathering to celebrate the life of Bonnie Wiggins Watford, 67, will be held Thursday from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Toys-for-Tots. Mrs. Watford passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Ellen Theresa Ward. Mrs. Watford was an operator for AT&T and after retiring worked as a cashier for the Elgin Food Lion. She enjoyed watching TV and dancing and was an avid Gamecock Fan. Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Gregory “Butch” Watford, who she loved dearly; daughters, Teresa Frederick of Lugoff, Tonya Stamps of Lugoff; step-children, Lynette Byrd (Chad) of Lexington, Gregory Watford, Jr. (Melissa) of Charleston; a sister, Connie Richardson (Mike) of Conway; grandchildren, Josh, Wesley, Adam, Addisen, Jeremy, and Ashlynn; and great-grandchildren, Millibelle, Carolina, Fin, Jemma and Eli.
