ELGIN – A memorial service for Anthony Daniel “Tony” Caulder, 55, will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Meyer-Thiel Animal Adoption Center. Mr. Caulder passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016. Born in Durham, N.C., he was the son of the late Nicholas Nathaniel Caulder and Ronnie Elizabeth “Peggy” Caulk Caulder. He enjoyed football, racing, fishing and cooking. Surviving are his children, Vickie Davis, Zack Caulder and Austin Matthew Caulder; sisters, Becky West and Sharon Martin; brothers, Mike Smith and Carl Smith; and one grandchild.
