CAMDEN – A celebration of life gathering for Tommy Angelo Truesdale, 27, will be held Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Teen Challenge of S.C. at P.O. Box 1437, Georgetown, S.C. 29442. Tommy died Friday, October 14, 2016. Born in Richland County, he was a son of Mark Alonzo Truesdale and Angie Overstreet. Tommy was a member of Bible Faith Tabernacle. He enjoyed playing the guitar. Surviving are his father, Mark Truesdale (Melanie) of Honea Path; mother, Angie Overstreet of Covington, Ga; sister, Leeann Ames of Covington, GA; maternal grandparents, Don and Joyce Overstreet of Covington, GA; uncles, Shane Overstreet of Atlanta, GA, Samuel Truesdale of Pelion; and an aunt, Kathy Lynn Owen of Camden. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Barney and Ruby Truesdale.
