ELGIN – A memorial service for Charles Wilhelm Reynolds, 77, will be held Friday, October 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Florence National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet at 5 North Orange Street, Suite #3 Carlisle, PA 17013-7427. Mr. Reynolds, husband of the late Jo Anne Reynolds, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Born in Iowa Falls, IA, he was a son of the late James Russell Reynolds and Clara Anderson Cross. Mr. Reynolds retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. He was an Electronics Instructor for the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. He enjoyed painting, fishing, and traveling. Surviving are his children, Bryan Reynolds (Laura) of Lexington, OK, Charlotte Phelan (John) of Summerville, Renee Harless (Tim) of Eldora, IA; grandchildren, John Cameron, Andrew, Matthew, Jacob, and Lydia Phelan; and a sister, Louise Butenfhoff of Shell Lake, WI. He was predeceased by a brother, Jim Reynolds.
