CAMDEN – Funeral Services for Mervin Leroy Ridley, 72, will be held Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Robert Ridley will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Ridley passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Born in Stick, PA, he was a son of the late William Bryan and Myrtle Viola Matthews Ridley. Mr. Ridley enjoyed sports and going to the VFW dances. Surviving are his children, Paul Bryan Ridley (Rita) of Landrum, Rev. Robert Ridley (Sandy) of Cassatt, Windy Ridley Hudson (Mark) of Westville, Cindy Ridley (DeWayne Johnson) of Dalzell; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 7 brothers, and 6 sisters.
