Lugoff, S.C. – Robert Wilson, Sr., 77, died Tuesday, September 20, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Frank Sr. and Laura Campbell Wilson. He is survived by a son, Robert Wilson, Jr. (Nadine); a daughter, Janice Treisch (Robert Kearney); stepdaughters, Samantha McGill and Margaret Adcock, 7 grandchildren, Brenda Wood (Archie McCullough), Kaitlyn Wilson, Emma Wilson, Laura Wilson, Summer George, Autumn George, Xavier Adcock, and 1 great-grandchild, Jase McCullough; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. He was predeceased by his parents and 4 brothers. The family would like to sincerely thank Shellie Webb from Palmetto Health Hospice for her care and compassion. A memorial service will be held at Lighthouse Christian Ministry, Elgin, S.C. on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at 3:00 pm for family and friends conducted by Rev. Marc Sanders. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lighthouse Christian Ministry, Cherokee Blvd. (Bookman Rd.), Elgin, S.C., or to the American Cancer Society.
