ELGIN – Funeral service for Pamela Ann Nelson, 44, will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home in Easley with burial to follow in Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Easley. The Rev. Matt Galloway will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Palmetto Health Richland Trauma Unit. Mrs. Nelson passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Born in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of James Earl Cryer and the late Maelene Cardwell Cryer. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoyed selling jewelry, dancing, Clemson Football and traveling. Surviving are her husband of 14 years, Robert Keith Nelson; sons, Andy Day of Raleigh, N.C. and Adam Day of Highland Ranch, Colo.; father, James Cryer of Camden; sisters, Janice Baugh and Patricia Conner; and brothers, James Cryer and Glenn Cryer.
