Terry was truly a joy to work with. He always kept his cool and was even tempered. He always stopped and considered all possibilities prior to moving forward with the best for option for all concerned. He will be missed by many and especially me. I worked for Terry the majority of my career at DuPont. He was my rock in Tyvek. Whenever I didn’t know what to do or what to think of a situation Terry was there to explain it to me. He had such a way of being firm but yet compassionate. Work got very stressful at times in Tyvek but I never saw him lose his dignity. I respected him very much for that. I especially enjoyed the times I spent with him after afternoon rackup before we left for home. We would talk about anything and everything. That is when I learned so much about Terry the person and how much he loved his family. We also talked a lot of baseball. I will truly miss him. My most sincere condolences to Terry’s family that he loved so much.

Terry was truly a unicorn. Nobody could hold the respect of, teach to, impart wisdom to, and share caring/compassion to a room full of people...all at the same time like Terry could. I learned so much of work and more importantly of life from knowing and working with Terry. Our most sincere and deep condolences.
