Patricia Ann Fuller Obituary
Patricia Ann Fuller, born on August 19, 1945 in Kingstree, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia.
Patricia's vibrant spirit was paralleled by her love for the outdoors and planting beautiful flowers and trees while watching the birds. Her landscape designs were a true testament to her patience and dedication, and she took great pride in their beauty. Her love for nature also found expression at the Barnyard Flea Market, where she enjoyed selling and sharing her knowledge with others.
Patricia will forever be remembered for her 35-year service as a Parking Enforcement Officer with the USC Law Enforcement. She was not just a diligent officer but also a friendly face to all those she met working the USC football games as a parking attendant.
Patricia is survived by her loving daughter, Rhonda Ann Fuller Crosby of Blythewood; her aunt that raised her, Gladys Sheehan; longtime partner, James Jeffcoat; 1 nephew; 3 nieces; and a lot of cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Tidwell Hicks and Mary Louise Snipes Hicks; brother, James Leroy Hicks; sister, Mary Jean Proveaux; and a grandson, Keith Crosby.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Centerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
