On May 10, 2026, the world lost a radiant soul, Teresa Marie Smith. Born on July 13, 1962, in Cincinnati, OH, Teresa spent her 63 years living a life filled with love, laughter, and an insatiable zest for life. 

Teresa was a devoted wife to her husband, James Smith, with whom she shared a beautiful journey of love, respect, and companionship since their marriage on September 11, 1990. Teresa had an infectious spirit that was reflected in her hobbies. She loved the outdoors, often going camping, fishing, and boating. Her adventurous spirit took her to various corners of the world, and she had an impressive collection of travel souvenirs. When not exploring the wilderness or the world, Teresa could be found at the local bowling alley, or playing softball where she was known for her competitive spirit and unmatchable enthusiasm.   Her favorite time was spent on the radio.

She is survived by her husband, James Smith; sons, Brian Bowman, Derrick Bowman and James Smith; daughter, Amber Smith; sister, Lisa Powers; and 13 grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her parents, Terrence Powers and Mary Lou Brown Muth.

Services will be held at a later date in Ohio.
