Wade "Hampy" Hampton Marshall, born on October 31, 1963 in Camden, South Carolina, passed away on April 11, 2026. Wade was a son of the late Joseph Thomas and Betty Jean Boone Marshall.

Wade attended services at Sandy Grove Community Church. He had a love for fishing, gardening, and canning food. His passion for life was infectious, and his hobbies brought joy not only to him but also to those fortunate enough to have known him. Wade was a loving husband to Denise Marshall, a proud father to Haley Marshall, and a doting grandfather to Felicity Pheasant. He is also survived by his siblings, Johnny Marshall (Teresa), Mary Alice Matthews (David), Ben Marshall (Michelle) and Jean Catoe (Charlie). His memory will be cherished by them and by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A visitation for Wade will be held at Powers Funeral Home, 832 Ridgeway Road, Lugoff, South Carolina, 29078, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 2-3 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 3:00 pm. Burial will take place in Sandy Grove Community Church Cemetery, 2845 Old Stagecoach Road, Bethune, South Carolina, 29009, following the service.
