Iris Lenora Gray departed this world on April 10, 2026. Born in Kershaw County, SC, on November 3, 1962, Iris was the daughter of the late Bennie Gray, Jr. and Jean Amelia Drakeford. 

Iris is survived by her loving mother, Jean Amelia Drakeford of Camden; children, Coderio Gray (Tatiana), Tron Gray, and Kamishia Lanet Gray; grandchildren, Coderio Gray, Jr. (Edwine Desir), Tito Chambers, Kashton Gray, Truly Gray, Bryant “Trai” Williams, Mia Williams, and Mya Williams; brothers, Anthony Gray (Monae) and Willie James Gray. She was predeceased by her sister, Audrey Delphine Gray.

A funeral service will be held at Powers Funeral Home, 832 Ridgeway Road, Lugoff, South Carolina, 29078, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm at the funeral home.
