Roger Dale Rowe Obituary

It is with a heavy heart but a celebration of a life well-lived that we announce the passing of Roger Dale Rowe, affectionately known as Roger. Born on March 19, 1950, he was the son of the late Buster Rowe and Betty Lou Taylor Rowe.  


Roger lived a life characterized by hard work and dedication, mirrored in his career as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry.  His love for woodworking was evident in the intricate pieces he crafted. Additionally, Roger's passion for bird watching brought him closer to the wonders of nature. His enthusiasm for sports was evident as he was a devoted fan of the Clemson Tigers and the Pittsburgh Steelers.


Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Mitchalene Hinson Rowe; step-daughter, Shannon Tidwell (Joey) of Lugoff; granddaughter, Hannah Bradley; and great-grandson, Adam.  He was predeceased by brothers, Larry Rowe and Stephen Rowe.


A private graveside service will be held in Bethune.
